About Lashauna

My name is Lashauna , I am a responsible, patient, energetic, and caring individual who is passionate about working with children. My ability to adapt to different age groups and developmental needs allows me to create a fun and supportive atmosphere for the children I care for. I have 3years of experience working as a Teacher Assistant at ARC Broward Preschool, where I assisted with lesson planning, classroom management, and engaging children in creative and educational activities. Additionally, I served as an Alternative Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Counselor in the after-school program, where I worked closely with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Beyond my school-based experience. Also, I am CPR/First Aid certified, including Infant CPR and AED training. I have also completed 45 hours of DCF (Department of Children and Families) training, equipping me with essential childcare knowledge and safety protocols.
