It is important to me to balance boundaries and structure, with warmth and support. I believe children need to develop independence and life skills while feeling heard and validated. Inspired by Montessori principles, I encourage learning through play and hands-on experiences. I strive to create a structured environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore. As a nursing student graduating in 2026, I bring empathy and care to my work, tailoring my approach to each child's needs. I love engaging in enriching activities like baking, walks, painting, and park visits to promote creativity and learning. I'm CPR certified, I also have a background as a lifeguard and swim instructor. Integrity, kindness, honesty, and respect guide my approach, and I strive to instill these values in the children I care for. My goal is to help them grow into disciplined, independent, kind and empathetic individuals, and to offer a non-judgmental, listening ear for guidance.
