About Larissa

I have extensive experience caring for children in both a fun and educational setting. Once a program coordinator, I worked with children from low-income communities in afterschool programs. Later, I began work as an English teacher, teaching phonics, writing and presentation. I am patient, kind and adaptable. kids because they bring so much joy and fun. They find a way to make life interesting and end up teaching you things. I'm looking for a job where I have the freedom to be flexible, meet great kids and families. I have worked with a diverse set of kids, helping coordinate fun programs from STEM activities to soccer and homework help. In my spare time, I like to play sports, cook fun, new recipes, and do arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a well rounded person. I'm happy to adapt to the situation, whether that be helping with homework, practicing a skill or playing sports and games. My skills include communication, patience and decision making.
