About Larissa

I'm passionate about helping children grow, learn, and succeed. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. While I'm comfortable working with multiple children-as I did daily in my role as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys & Girls Club-I truly value individualized care. I prefer working one-on-one with a child because it allows me to give them my full attention and better support their unique development. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and taking notes throughout the day of anything that stood out to me to present to the parent. I believe that open and honest communication with parents is essential, and I follow their preferred communication method. I'm excited about the opportunity to provide a reliable and nurturing childcare option for families, and I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
