My kids loved seeing her! But unfortunately she was not very dependable. She frequently showed up late and called out of work sick (although with migraines so understandable- but it was too many times). At the end she became very hostile and said some untrue things about our family out of spite. I will not go into details but do have screenshots to prove truths of conversations had. Overall I gave her 2 stars because she was decent with the kids, but very unprofessional at the end.
