About Lara

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With seven years of experience, I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and have a deep understanding of their unique needs. My background includes working as a child development specialist, a private full time nanny, a gymnastics coach, and a private tutor. I am CPR and First Aid Certified for infants and adults. I have completed 18 credits in Early Childhood Education. I have an Associates Degree and I'm currently completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at California State Northridge. I hold experience in bedtime routines and feeding schedules for little ones. I use patience and a gentle but firm caregiving approach focusing on positive reinforcement and creating a nurturing environment where your little one(s) can thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them regularly updated on their child's day.
