Hello! I have been working with children for over 10 years. For the past 7 years I have worked in an education as a special education and ELA teacher. I enjoy working with children of all ages and I'm very comfortable caring for newborns and infants. I'm available to work weekdays and can support with weekend care on an as needed basis. I am first aide and CPR certified, own a car, and am comfortable with pets. I do not own a car seat but can purchase one if needed. My approach to childcare is gentle, yet firm. I believe that children thrive within clear boundaries and need empathy and kindness when pushing those boundaries. I'm experienced with Montessori, RIE, Waldorf, and Goddard approaches. I'm always open to learning new approaches! I look forward to hearing more about you and your family!
