Hello, I'm Lani! With years of experience working with children, my journey began as a babysitter, eventually leading me to roles in after-school programs and 1:1 ABA services, where I provided dedicated support for four years. I spent a decade as a preschool teacher, honing my skills in early childhood education. During the pandemic, I facilitated a nanny Learning Pod, adapting to new challenges with creativity and care. Recently, I became a mother, which has given me firsthand experience with newborns and deepened my understanding of early development.
