About Lanie

Hi! My name is Lanie. I am experienced in working with children of all ages, and absolutely love to form bonds with kiddos and help them grow. I was previously a swim instructor for 3 years and I am CPR, BLS, and AED certified. I have around 4 years of childcare experience, ages 4 months to 12 years, and am most comfortable with a gentle-parenting approach. I'm active and enjoy walks, running around outside, crafts, and just having fun! I also love taking children to the pool and teaching them swimming skills that I learned throughout my years of instructing swim lessons. I am a college student at KU majoring in Human Biology, and am pursuing sonography post-graduation. I'm looking for a summer nanny job or just a weekend/date night babysitting job, and hope to stay in contact with your family for years to help out whenever needed!
