About Lania

I've always been passionate about children's growth and development, so becoming a childcare provider was a natural choice for me. My two years of experience have given me ample opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support their families. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing games and fostering their imagination. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children in my care are safe and well-behaved. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, and I'm happy to provide written daily reports or regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages and have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a college degree, am a Certified Nursing Assistant, and am certified in First Aid and CPR training.
