Skills with dogs: playing - throwing balls, playing with tug toys feeding giving medication cuddling and loving them grooming - trimming nails (only with tame dogs), brushing, cleaning ears, applying flea and tic ointment talking to them Skills with cats: cleaning litter boxes feeding grooming - trimming nails (only with tame cats), brushing, cleaning ears, applying flea and tic ointment cuddling and loving them playing with them via: laser, string, other balls or small toys Short note about walking. Because of current health conditions I have, I am unable to take dogs or cats on walks. If you are looking for someone who will engage with your children and make you feel more at ease while apart from them, Lanea should be your go-to. She has nannied my 9 month old and 2 1/2 year old for the past 6 months. The whole family is sad that we won't be seeing her as much due to a change in my husband's employment. We know she will be a huge blessing to whomever she works with next. Lanea is a kindhearted person whom both of my children warmed up to very quickly. She comes prepared with developmentally appropriate activities and is excellent at handling a vast array of issues, from complex toddler emotions to infant sicknesses. She has made my life as a working mom so much less stressful, and I know my children have loved having her around. Even the dog loves Lanea! I can't recommend her enough.
