I am a full time physician with two very young daughters - a new two year old and a nine month old. Nayia (as my daughter affectionately started calling her right away) is the fourth nanny our family has employed due to moves. Nayia is the best nanny we have ever had. Full stop. My husband and I would never let her go if we weren't moving. She is fun. Affectionate. Punctual. Fair. A self-starter. Consistent. Energetic. Optimistic. Creative. She has never once been late. She basically replicates my work in the home when I am away at work in regards to cooking and cleaning. This is a load off of my plate, and is deeply appreciated. But is incomparable to the deep sense of peace I have when it comes to the loving care she gives my girls. They love her. She is the rare find of a nanny with a sweet and fun disposition that is a professional through and through. She takes pride in her work and has every right to.
