I'm patient, calm, and friendly, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in my care. Communication is key, and I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. Whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, or following their preferred communication method, I ensure that parents are always in the loop. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children.
