I have been assisting families for +10 years and have a vast amount of experience with many family care functions. I have worked with children from ages six months to teens. I am experienced with early childhood development and enjoy teaching younger children new skills according to their age. I have a very positive can-do attitude. I am a high energy, structured, organized, fun, warm and nurturing person. I simply adore children and all kinds of animals. I drive a 2024 SUV, have a clean driving record and can provide excellent references for serious minded employers. I am also available for date nights on weekends; parents need a time to re-charge and get out of the house!

To Lana’s new lucky family, Hello there! My name is Melinda W. I am a mother of three daughters (15,11,3) and have employed Lana for 3.5 fabulous years. Let me just say, we won the lottery with her. Absolutely won the lottery. She has exceeded my expectations by far and away. She is flexible, caring, punctual and can handle anything. I’ve trusted her implicitly with the care of my daughter from the time she was 6 months old until now. She is turning 4 very soon and will be going school full-time so we will have to part ways with Lana which we are all very very sad about and can’t imagine one day without her. But I know she will land with another family that loves, adores and respects her as much as we do. On a daily basis Lana would pick up or drop off my youngest at school and bring her home. From there they would work on art projects, fine motor skills, read books, play with toys, go to the park or splash park and of course she would prepare light meals for her such as breakfast or lunch. She worked for us anywhere from 15-30 hours a week give or take, an average of 20 a week. She is a joy to be around and brings so much peace and calm to our lives. We all recommend her very highly!
