About Lana

I have more than 10 years experience in child care. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, in home daycare provider, after school care and nursery worker. I also have 2 children of my own (15 & 9). I have always loved children and felt called to work with them. I attended UCA and studied Early Childhood Education to become an elementary teacher but was unable to finish due to financial reasons. I am background checked and do volunteer work when I can. I am well educated when it comes to child development and learning. I understand the importance of learning through play and love to play games and do activities that encourage development and exploration. I do have references available upon request.
