About Lalita

Hello, my name is Lita. I am a very reliable, patient and energetic person. I have about 9 years of care giving experience with the elderly in different care settings. I've worked in assisted living, memory care and in home care. I also was a care coordinator for close to two years. I've worked with residents who needed minimal assistance to full on end of life care. I have a good skill set and am always willing to learn new things. I enjoy working in memory care the most . I feel very fulfilled when I can create moments of joy with my residents. I have a lot of Teepa Snow positive approach training and have adapted well too it. I also am certified to teach mental health and dementia. I currently am a lead CNA in a memory care unit. The reason I am looking at jobs through care. com is to provide an extra source of income and potentially replace my current job when the time is right.
