HI, MY NAME IS LAKENYA, AND I ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN! I started working with children when I was 15 years old, I also worked as a counselor at summer camps! I am now 26 years old, and since then I've chosen to provide care in the comfort of their homes! I like working with kids because I love being able to help out when parents are in need. I also love working with kids because I love being able to guide their young minds, & helping them develop in all areas of life. I hired Lakenya to watch my son who's autistic! She's great with kids on the spectrum! She worked for me for 3 years. She helped my son with several things....... - Social interactions - Language Development - Sensory Issues etc... She would even watch my 8 year old daughter after school sometimes! She's punctual, nurturing & always attentive! Having a child on the spectrum isn't easy, but when you have someone like Lakenya around helping tremendously, it makes the journey a lot easier!
