About Lajae

I like working with kids because I am the oldest of 6 and I've leaned a lot about what they like, need, want, and care for. They also are so spontaneous how could you ever get bored! I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility and understanding but also instills a lot of trust in me because I plan to earn it. I started working with kids when my mother had my third little sibling in 2015, I was 9 and I began feeding, cleaning, changing, etc. I learned it all then and as she had more kids it became easy for me. My skills include keeping kids safe while being entertained so they don't feel trapped or bored, picking up hints of when they need to be changed/use the bathroom and when they are sleepy and need a nap, and lastly ensuring that if around other siblings they feel equal and fair so everyone can enjoy each other!
