About Lai Ying

My name is Nancy , and I am 51 years old. I speak Mandarin and English. I am in excellent health and am very active. I have been working as a childcare provider in private homes for 23 years. The families I have worked for are happy to provide references. I have worked for families with infants through high school age, with one family having seven children. I follow the routine that parents suggest, and that has included driving children to school and activities, going on outings to parks and museums, spending time in libraries, and playing and reading with children at home. I can prepare simple meals like pasta and grilled cheese, but I don't consider myself a cook. I can help with laundry if necessary, but my preference is to spend time with the children in my care.
