I am a career nanny from Brazil living in the USA as a permanent resident since 2000. My number one priority is to ensure that any child under my supervision is well cared for, loved, safe, healthy, learning and having fun. I will provide investigative and explorative activities in/outdoors, engaging in verbal interaction by talking, reading, singing to help w/ developing speech and motor skills. I truly do love what I do, I love the connections I make with each child, but I want to be clear that it is also my job and would very much appreciate if financial responsibility be taken care of consistently in a timely fashion. I am not just a regular "Babysitter" looking to supplement her income. This is my lively hood and my main source of income therefore I prefer jobs with benefits & Net pay of $30-35\hr with or without W2. I do expect to be paid for any and all OVERTIME hours at the California standard requirement of normal hourly rate x 1. 5 for all over time hours. NO BANKING HOURS!
