About Laine

Though I have never had paid experience with elderly care, I took care of my grandparents through their mid 90's. My grandmother had dementia and macular degeneration, and needed help with things like transportation, cooking, writing & nail trimming. My grandfather had issues presenting similarly to Parkinson's and needed help with cooking and cleaning. I grew up tending to the needs of elderly shut-ins with my grandmother in the form of food delivery and nursing home visits. I am very comfortable and pleased to be around older people. I am a stay at home homeschool teacher and mother to a beautiful 5-year-old girl who would be with me when working. She is very well mannered, disciplined and hard working.
