About Laine

As a former teacher, my love of working with children inspired me to become a childcare provider. I worked in the classroom for four years, and have eight years of childcare experience overall. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to provide a fun and engaging environment for the children in my care. I'm friendly, approachable, empathetic, compassionate, and honest. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written reports or verbal communication at pickup depending on the parents' preferred method of communication. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I also love activities that combine multiple interests, such as science and art or sports and engineering. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR and have completed my college degree. I am fluent in English and conversational in Spanish. I can provide homework help or tutoring.
