Hello, my name is Laila , and I am a 20-year-old student completing my pre-dental prerequisites. My journey toward a career in dentistry began after two rewarding years working in childcare. As the eldest sibling in my family, the role of caregiver came naturally to me, and this experience translated seamlessly into my position as a lead teacher for one- and2-year-olds at a daycare center. There, I was responsible for orchestrating classroom activities, aiding with nap times, assisting during meal times and clean-up, as well as helping with potty training. Currently, my free time is largely dedicated to studying as I work hard to complete my prerequisites and achieve my goal of being accepted into dental school.
