About Lailani

I am a college student attending Spelman College with past experience in childcare. As the eldest of all my cousins and siblings, I've gained extensive experience caring for children of various ages. My journey as a mentor and tutor for refugee children has also further enhanced my ability to address sensitive matters with empathy. With three years of experience, I'm fully comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience working with children aged 0 to 15. My approach to communication with parents involves following their preferred method to ensure a seamless exchange of information about their child's day or any concerns. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in fun and creative activities based on their interests, whether that be puzzles, arts & crafts, educational games, or technology-based games. I am also a very neat person and would be happy to tidy the home, upon request.
