About Lailah

I'd describe my personality as creative, dedicated, and compassionate. I like tutoring because it provides an opportunity to build one-on-one connections with the students I have, which makes it gratifying watching them grow! I'm looking for a consistent tutoring job! In my spare time, I like to read, do crafts, and hang out with my friends. I also love traveling! One thing you should know about me is that I plan on being active in my church on weeknights as well as Sundays. I would say my most beneficial tutoring skills would be the connections I am able to make with the kids I work with. I believe that communication and understanding are also very important skills to have when tutoring because they allow me to hear what the student is struggling with and effectively help them through it. Last, I am very punctual and like to make use of every minute I am working. I try my best to shape every moment that is available to me into something impactful for the kids I'm working with!
