I highly recommend Lai for your childcare needs. She recently watched our 1.5-year-old son for an entire week and was an excellent caregiver. Lai was always punctual, professional, and prepared for the day ahead. She engaged with our son and ensured that he was comfortable and happy at all times. Her experience and knowledge of child development were evident in the way she interacted with our son, and we felt at ease knowing that he was in her care. Lai's communication skills were also exceptional. She provided us with updates throughout the day on our son's activities. She was willing to work with us to meet our son's specific needs and preferences, and her ability to handle any situation was impressive.
