Loving mom of a 2-year-old and 10-month-old. Experience in daycare as a kindergarten teacher (Up to 18 children in the classroom ages 4-5). I've also spent time as a nanny, ages ranging from 3 months to 8 yrs old. As a nanny I cooked for the children, I also led a culinary project in daycare that got the kids involved in age appropriate cooking learning. My approach to childcare involves empathy, gentle consistent firmness, laughter, & support. It is my firm belief that children who are fully loved, supported & guided in their curiosity and learning, & given the space and understanding to just be kids, will blossom beyond measure!
