About Lael

My passion for nurturing young minds and my positive experiences as a babysitter inspired me to become a childcare provider. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I prioritize open communication with parents about their child's day. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I have four years of experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I hope to bring joy, laughter, and learning to your family.
