I've been a childcare provider for 15 years because I have a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, which makes it easy for me to build strong relationships with children and their families. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest communication, and I'm always happy to discuss their child's day or any concerns they may have. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as long as they're consistent with the parents' expectations. I love playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning and development. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I'm a certified teacher with a college degree in Early Childhood Education.

Ms. LaDonna has been watching our 3 year old son for a year now and has been wonderful with him! He has a very shy personality and she was very gentle with allowing him to open up and he is now very comfortable every time she visits. We also have two golden retrievers and is wonderful with them as well. Additionally, she is quick to respond with her availability and excellent with following up (which is great for my mommy brain).
