I've had the pleasure of working with children for over 10 years. I got into childcare in my very early teen years with babysitting for several families. I cared for 2-4 children at a time. With the age range being newborn to about 7-years-old. In the last couple years, I've been a Nanny to a few wonderful families, some FT and some PT. In addition, I have helped a relative with their home daycare, helping everywhere from diaper changing, meal preps, school work, supervision outdoors, etc. I am also the Youth Director at my church where I interact with children of different age groups very often. I have had years of experience with caring for multiple children at one time and from ages newborn to about 7 years of age. I can also assist with potty training.

We interviewed Ms. Ladawn last year for our nanny position and I must say she was very sweet and professional. Unfortunately we did not select Ms. Ladawn for the position; no fault of hers, we just decided to go with someone who lived in town. The family who hires Ms. Ladawn is getting a winner in my opinion.
