About Lacy

I have experience as a preschool teacher and with my background I the creative field, I love to incorporate arts, crafts or anything where the child or children can use their imagination and explore their creative side. Whether it be jewelry making, playing an instrument, a homemade fashion show or finger painting, I believe it is very important to be hands on and get them involved instead of just sitting in front of a television screen. I love coming up with new and exciting ideas to share with the kids and keep it interesting. Every kid is different so I try to be creative a cater to each child individually. Children are still developing and I believe it is just as important to promote and enforce children exploring their artistic and creative side, just as it is important for them to learn how to read and write. To taking their own photography pictures with a kid friendly camera and making their own picture book, to learning how to make their own kid friendly snack.
