As a 9 year veteran teacher, I have extensive teaching experience with elementary and middle schools students. I taught as a middle school ESL coordinator for Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools as well as a 1st through 5th grade teacher in various states. In the title one school district, I was able to create a girls mentoring program that promotes academic achievement and behavioral development. I believe my teaching experience and passion for community and global engagement make me an ideal candidate for this teaching position. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to your facility and larger community.
