I have had experience throughout the years working in the nursing field caring for people with mental and physical challenges. I have also had a live-in adult young male with autism that I cared for for several years in my home. I am patient, loving and understanding. I love discovering the beauty in every person I have the pleasure of working with. We all are different and see somethings differently then one another. There is so much to share and learn from each other, you just have to open your eyes wide enough to capture the beauty that's in us all.

I've known Lachindra, for approximately 10 years. She and her sons, Moved to a property I was managing. I was amazed at her ability raising to young boys, a single mom. Mind you she did it all on her own. I was always amazed how she kept a very clean home, boys always looking ready for the day. Plus, she worked hard and long hours. Lachindra, was always helping many residents who were in need of a special kind word or a hand a hand up. She stepped in many times for me, to lend a hand when I was sick. She never complained, she loved her clients she took care of like they were her family. Hiring her would be such an Asset to your company.
