I'm a 37-year-old mom of 3 wonderful children! Two boys and a girl. Their ages are 16, 14, and 12 year. I was also been a licensed foster parent for 8 year. I also have several years of nanny experience. I love children and animals. I'm very creative and love playing, teaching, and doing arts and crafts! I'm also trustworthy and flexible. I own a home in Tampa and have lived there for 8 years. I'm also certified in Introduction to Child Care, Preschool Appropriate Practices and Behavioral Observation and Screening. I have had a background check run. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your child, so feel free to ask me anything and set up an interview. I would love get to know your family. If I could give ten stars to Lacey, I would do so in a heartbeat. She is the most wonderful, caring human, and I am so thankful we found her to care for our boys (newborn and two years old). She has worked for us for the last 8 months as our full-time nanny, and we couldn't be happier. The experience she brings to the table with a long history of working with kids (from nannying, parenting her three wonderful children, and fostering) makes her a wealth of knowledge. She is endlessly patient with our boys and with us. She's incredibly good about watching your parenting style and mirroring it with your children. She is always open to feedback and respects your boundaries. She's a hard worker, so any downtime she has (kids are napping, self play, etc.) she finds things to do around the house to help out from dishes and laundry, to anything you ask. Our family does extended travel, and since Lacey has her own kids in high school, she isn't able to go with us on these trips, so she does work with other families while we're away. If you're lucky enough to catch her while we're gone, we know you'll be endlessly jealous when we return - she's that wonderful. Lacey, thank you for everything you do for us! We're so thankful to have you as part of our family. You truly are the best!
