About Lacey

I'd describe my personality as caring, funny, and playful - with the ability to turn mom- (Auntie) mode as my niece and nephew would call it. I like working with kids because I have grown up with a love for kids and I want a big family of my own one day. I'm looking for a job that has clear communication and flexibility. I started working with kids since I was 16 years old- babysitting as a normal part-time job for a young lady. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym- play basketball- and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I will be super calm when getting to meet you/your children as I like to blend well. ( Each family will have a different culture. ) My skills include: - being very attentive to special requirements of each child - relationally bonding with each child to form comfortability - ability to follow through in an authoritative way for all rules given by parents
