Infants and toddlers have the same mental and emotional needs as adults do: to be heard and seen, which leads to building self confidence and high self esteem. It is up to each child's parents, with the support of involved caregivers, to help meet these needs.

Lacey is incredible! Great with kids and great at helping to set boundaries as well. My 4 y/o and 1 y/o really connected with Lacey. She also offered to help clean dishes when the kids were napping. I was very impressed!
