I am a 39-year-old woman. I have been in the health care field for 25yrs. I was a behavior support coordinator making behavior support plans for all ages as well as communication devices. I have worked in home settings as well as residential. I am observant and patient. I understand the needs of each individual person and understand the care and trust it takes to allow someone to take care of a person with disabilities. I love puzzles, reading, diamond painting and crafts. I have dealt with severe behaviors and over stimulated non verbal and sensory issues. I can give references and have a federal background check.
