Hi there! I have many years experience working with kids-ages 3mo to 7 years. Recently working with amazing families I have met through care. com. My standards for childcare are very high. I have a relaxed demeanor and approach situations with love and understanding. I also understand how to be firm and disciplinary. Last year I was a live in nanny for 3 rambunctious boys under 6. I have experience homeschooling elementary Children and planning educational activities for all ages. I have been told I am very nurturing and in tune with a child's needs. I like to get kids outdoors as much as possible, do reading, puzzles, art, music, baking, science projects and build forts or play pretend. I love to give babies lots of attention and watch them reach their milestones. Working with children is very rewarding. I hope to help with yours!

We had used Lacey for our 1 year old son and she was amazing with him. We used him weekly and not just on a one off occasion so our relationship with her was quite developed and we were able to see her interact with our son on numerous accounts and different situations. Prior to her we had tested with other nannies and they were just not on par with the quality, care, and love that Lacey showed to our son. She not only sent videos and photos, but she was proactive with him. For example, she would build little tents and race with him when he was learning to walk. They also had quality time where they just hung out together sitting and enjoying each other's company. When we would come back from being away our son was so happy to be with Lacey that he didn't even want us! ha ha Quality care comes at quality pricing and she was worth every penny and we learned this the hard way when we first started looking and tested some more 'affordable' nannies. Thank you Lacey!
