About Lacey

Hello everyone and thank you for your interest in my care-giving services. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your family. A little about me, I have recently left the corporate world after 7+ years in customer service looking to seek a more fulfilling and enjoyable position as a child and pet caregiver. Working in an office for years has not allowed me to pursue my interest in care-giving on a professional level, however, that is where my passion is. I love interacting with children. I enjoy playing and learning right along with the kids, and seeing the world through their eyes. The only experience I have is non-paid babysitting for family but please don't let that deter you. I am a mature adult with zero bad habits to break and ready to tackle whatever task that may help your family including school/daycare/sports pick ups, light housework, cooking dinner, grocery shopping, helping with homework and of course babysitting. Just let me know when, what and where and I'll be there with a smile. My personal hobbies include gardening, arts & crafts, reading, going to the library, traveling, nature, pets, and animals. I thoroughly enjoy a good day at the park or museum. Currently, my days are completely open and I am hoping my lack of professional experience will be made up for with a energetic, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. When I am with the kids, we will not lie around the house. We will use the time in an active and educational way to keep them engaged and to hopefully provide you a pooped out youngster at the end of the day. My priority is to keep it fun and safe. I would assume most prospective employers would want me to come to their home, however as an option I do have my own house, yard and car which allows much flexibility to suit your needs.
