Over 10+ years of experience working as a childcare provider and nanny for independent families as well as in other childcare faculties with children 0-teen. Recent years of Experience volunteering at a ranch home a few times working alongside adults with various physical, developmental and neurological disabilities. For 8 months of 2016-17 I spent time oversees volunteering where I partnered with children's homes and orphanages and part of my partnering was in the care and investment of the lives of those with developmental and neurological delays/ disabilities. While there, I was personally learning and growing with their 'mums,' aid in caring for the children and then later spent time training staff on "basic" education on a few disabilities. With a background in health and passion for wellness, the holistic approach to these conditions was a primary role while also spending quality time investing and valuing each child's development.
