I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and dedicated. I like caring for people with special needs because I love to feel like I'm helping people and making an impact on everyone's life. I have learned a lot through experience from jobs and my own family. I started caring for people with special needs when I was 17 and would babysit 4 kids who lived down the road. All four were ADHD and two of them were diagnosed with bipolar. It was a blast to watch them, play with them, and learn how to handle a lot of different situations. I fell in love with learning each person's personality and knowing how to handle anything by individuals and not just a clump of people who have the same diagnosis. My skills include patience, being able to multitask, and I am always open to learning new things and techniques .
