Bella is a really sweet young girl. She took great care of our boys, played with them, helped our 3 year old learn numbers, letters, shapes, ext. Really nice kid. We did run into a few hiccups . When interviewed she agreed to have our boys watch at our home. A set pay and set amount of hours. We also asked for communication from both ends. We ran into first week of work, she asked for a raise, and asked for kids to go to her house the day off. She would not answer calls or messages, until the end of the "workday". And did not show to work the following morning. Communication is key for us as parents. That was not reciprocated from her end. She said work and personal life was becoming too much to handle. But still, could of talked to us. We were very understanding of her school, life and work. As well as when she got sick. Again she's a really sweet kid. But I would of liked her Communication skills and responsibilities as a babysitter would of been important to her as it was to us. She quit over a text mesage day after goshting g us too. We're grateful for the help she give us.
