As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. With over three years of experience, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of many families. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly and create a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I provide daily written reports and encourage verbal communication during pickup to ensure parents are fully informed about their child's day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and structure for the children in my care. My approach to discipline focuses on positive reinforcement and teaching children the reasons behind the rules. When it comes to play, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities that promote learning and development.
