I'm also proficient in American Sign Language. Outside of school, you'll find me playing music or on the rugby pitch! I play guitar, ukulele, and love to sing. I volunteer as an assistant coach for a high school rugby team. Rugby has taught me about teamwork, leadership, and staying active- traits I bring into my childcare approach. In childcare, I focus on creating a trusting, open environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe it's important for kids to know their feelings are heard and respected. Kyra has been nannying for our family for over a year, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better! She is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive to our three kids (ages 2, 7, and 12). She always comes prepared with fun and engaging activities that keep them entertained while also helping them learn and grow. Our youngest absolutely adores her, our 7-year-old constantly talks about how much fun they have together, and even our 12-year-old, who can sometimes be harder to impress, looks forward to spending time with her. Kyra is not only fun but also structured and reliable. She always arrives on time and keeps things running smoothly, balancing playtime with responsibility. We love how she fosters a positive and respectful environment in our home, and we appreciate the care and attention she gives to each of our children’s individual needs.
