About Kyra

I've had experience with children of various age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and teens. I'm a recent graduate of Bridgewater State, with a degree in psychology, providing me with a strong foundation in child development. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, as well as trained in Crisis Intervention (CPI). I've worked as a preschool teachers aid , a funded group home for youth ages 13-18 struggling with family placements and mental health. (Supervisor references can be provided) As a childcare provider, I believe in a safe yet open environment where kids are able to express themselves freely. I also value honest communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes! I am also well versed in music, and have a passion for piano.
