About Kyra

Hello, my name is Kyra, I live a little outside of Austin in the Leander/ Cedar Park area. I have been pet sitting all my life for family or neighbors. I've also worked in an animal hospital for a year to get my certified veterinary assistant level 1 license. I have lots of experience administering medication, taking care of young and old animals and uncommon pets, especially rabbits, or small rodents. I am a cat and dog mom as well! I'd describe my personality as sociable, balanced, and creative. I like working with animals because I love finding a special connection and friend in a species so different from myself. I love the humor and kindness they can bring into your life as well. I'm looking for a job that I can create a relationship with and build a sense of trust, understanding, and comfort for everyone involved. In my spare time, I like to be with my pets, make art, listen to music, thrift for new outfits, and be with my friends.
