About Kyra

Hello! I am Kyra. I am looking to be as helpful as I can, as I was recently working in the technology/software industry and was unfortunately laid off. I have a Master's degree and my own transportation. I am looking to help in any way I can. Child care, pet care, housekeeping/cleaning, you name it. I grew up playing sports, but went on to play Division 1 college basketball. After that, I coached collegiate basketball for 6 years, 2 years at the division 2 level, and 4 years at the division 1 level. I thank sports and basketball for all of the transferable skills it taught me from the game that can be applied to life off the court. Things like time-management, resilience, attention to detail, resourcefulness, reliability, trust, and honesty are a few qualities that I learned through basketball that, til this day, I pride myself on. I am a big, loveable goofball. I am a hugger. Extremely warm and kind. I am open-minded and accepting to those even if I have a difference in opinion.
