About Kyndal

My goal as a nanny is to provide a safe space for all children with a rich, positive environment where they feel safe to explore & express themselves. I provide this in the best of my ability so that children are supported as they learn about their strengths & weaknesses. I am here to support the children as they make discoveries about themselves & learn to recognize & name their feelings. I always want to support the child's feelings & do what I can to make their feelings heard & make them feel valid, while helping them with ways to cope & skills to help regulate their emotions. I strive to model respect, patience, & care for children & adults I come in contact with. Children have the right to have their needs met & receive the proper treatment while in the care of their caregivers. I seek to form close relationships with each child under my care, & their families. I am able to adjust to the wants & needs of the parents & the children; as each family & child is unique.
