I have been a full-time nanny for more than a year now and I have had the pleasure of working with 5 different families. Before nannying, I was an after-school teacher & summer camp counselor for 2 years. I have an EMT-Basic certification as well as a CPR, AED & First Aid certification and I always carry a First Aid kit with me! I have experience working with children that have special needs and I am extremely comfortable with learning any new skills required for your children. My nanny style is generally authoritative but always gentle, patient, and respectful to your children & you! I believe set expectations and schedules are essential for all children to learn and grow but I am always flexible, prepared, and willing to adapt when working with children of any age. Kylie is an excellent nanny and we are sad she had to move away. She was always very punctual, good at communicating, and got along great with our toddler. As soon as she walked in the door our toddler ran to get toys and started playing with her. It was great. We would definitely hire her again :)
