About Kylie

Hi! I'm Kylie and I would love to work with your family! I am currently enrolled as a Resident Teacher in the Chula Vista Elementary School District Teaching Residency Program and am working on my elementary teaching credential (needless to say, I love educational games and activities!). I was a summer camp counselor for years working with kids ages 3 to 13 (so I've seen it all!) As a counselor, I specialized in working with kids on the Autism Spectrum and love working with families to address a child's specific sensory needs. I have also been a traveling nanny for a family in Orange County. I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic, and responsible. I am the oldest of a large family, so nurturing comes naturally to me. In my spare time, I like to visit the San Diego Zoo (I am an annual pass holder!). I am also an avid reader, and I love to run and hike. I am excited to work with your family!
